IndoGulf Hospital is dedicated to providing patients and visitors with excellent care, comfort and support. 

Registration and Billing for OPD

Every patient who wishes to avail the services at Indo Gulf Hospital has to get registered. This is a one-time event which gives you a permanent IGID number. Registration and billing counters are present on the ground floor at the reception. The patient needs to pay for appointments and all other services prior to availing the same.

Accidents and Emergency

The billing desk at the reception will collect your deposit according to the class of admission and take your booking. We accept all credit/debit cards except American Express.

While all efforts will be made to give you a bed/class of your choice, this may not always be possible. If the bed class of your choice is not available at the time of admission, you may give your request to the admissions staff in writing and they will try their best to accommodate your request. We cannot promise a change in bed class as this depends strictly on bed availability and clinical condition of the patient.

Upgradation / downgradation of beds affect your billing. When you move up/ down to a higher/ lower class, the billing from the day of transfer will be as per higher category. 

The bed charge is calculated from 12 noon to 12 noon irrespective of the time of admission. Rs 10,000 are deposited at the time of admission and in case of ICU Rs 20,000 are deposited. Patient’s attendents are intimated after exceeding the bill of Rs 5,000 in respective and are requested to make the payments same day.

Refunds above Rs. 10, 000/- will be made by cheque within a period of one week after cancellation. Refunds less than Rs 10,000 are refunded by cash at the reception.


  • One visitor pass (valid for one person only) is issued at the time of admission.

  • Only one visitor is allowed at a time. 

  • Outside food or eatables are not allowed.

  • Flowers are not allowed.

  • Children, less than 12 years are not allowed as visitors in the hospital.

  • Please note, visitor borne infections can hinder the recovery of your patient.

  • At the time of discharge, please hand over all the passes to the concerned staff. There will be a fine levied for missing passes.
